AMARETTO SOUR

A new take on the classic amaretto sour with a hint of sweet and spicy heat.

INSTRUCTIONS

Using a lemon juicer, juice oranges and lemons. Strain well, through a kitchen paper towel to make sure there is no pulp. Stir together with thyme water, orgeat syrup, and a few drops of cayenne extract.
