INSTRUCTIONS
Add 2.5 cups of loose earl grey tea to 2 liters boiling water, and then add remaining 2.5 liters of cold water immediately. Stir and let rest for 2-6 hours in a cool place. Once cooled and before serving, add maple syrup and stir.
